Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) thin italian pizza crust (such as boboli)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

2 ounces turkey pepperoni

1 red or green bell pepper seeded and cut into thin slices

1 cup (4 ounces) preshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450

2. Place Pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crust; top with pepperoni and pepper slices. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

3. Sprinkle cheese over pizza; bake 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
