1/2 - 3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. melted butter
1 egg
2/3 c. white flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1. Have milk at room temperature.
2. Beat milk, butter and eggs lightly.
3. Mix flour, soda, sugar and salt.
4. Add to milk mixture.
5. Stir just enough to dampen flour.
Makes 20 pancakes.

*If you don't want to buy buttermilk measuring out your milk, remove 1 tablespoon of milk and then add 1 tablespoon vinegar and let it sit for a few minutes and then add it to your wet ingredients
